We're proud to mark seven years of supporting the Childhood Cancer Association (CCA) today with a $100,000 donation from The Lott by SA Lotteries to help support sick children and their families.

Since 1982, the CCA has provided practical and emotional assistance to those navigating a childhood cancer diagnosis across South Australia and the Northern Territory. This funding helps ensure vital services such as counselling, accommodation, educational support and bereavement care remain accessible.

Our Senior Community Partnerships Manager Liz McPherson said it was a privilege to continue working alongside the association.

"We’re proud to support the Childhood Cancer Association for a seventh consecutive year, helping fund critical services that support more than 450 families each year, from counselling and accommodation through to education and nutritional support during a child’s cancer journey,” she said.

CCA Chief Executive Officer Cath O’Loughlin said the partnership made a meaningful difference to families when they needed support most.

“(This) generous support helps us provide the practical and emotional assistance families need, ensuring they don’t have to face childhood cancer alone,” she said.

“The impact of this partnership means we can be there to help bridge the gap between medical treatment and the many challenges families face outside the hospital.”
