Starting 2026 right with $100,000 to Orange Sky Australia

Our ongoing support of Orange Sky Australia proudly kicks off our 2026 community contributions.

Orange Sky offers a safe and welcoming space for anyone experiencing hardship or homelessness with free access to laundry and shower services as well as friendly chats with volunteers.

Today’s $100,000 from The Lott by Golden Casket unclaimed prize money will help deliver:

• 347 Orange Sky shifts
• 2,083 loads of clean laundry
• 1,389 safe, warm showers, and
• 2,778 hours of genuine, meaningful conversation.

Orange Sky Co-founder Nic Marchesi was grateful for our ongoing support, which has helped fund the charity’s Betsy van in the Northern Territory to deliver hope and connection across remote communities.

This March, Orange Sky is encouraging Aussies to join its Walk the Walk event and walk or run 122km over the month for the 122,000 Australians experiencing homelessness.

“(Our) Walk the Walk campaign is all about coming together to help Aussies experiencing homelessness and hardship.

“We are incredibly grateful to The Lott for their ongoing support and for getting behind this challenge. Together, we’re providing essential help to those who need it most and it's amazing to see what we can achieve when we rally together as a community.”
