What an incredible weekend with more than $12 million raised through the Nine Telethon in support of Mater Little Miracles in Queensland.
We were proud to be a presenting partner of the Nine telecast for the third year running and to contribute $620,000 from The Lott by Golden Casket (including state lottery taxes) to the Mater Foundation towards life‑saving research and equipment.
“Support like this enables us to invest in life-saving equipment and support world-leading research at Mater – research that ultimately benefits babies across Australia and the globe,” Mater Foundation Chief Executive Officer Andrew Thomas said.
The Lott by Golden Casket has been a proud supporter of Brisbane’s Mater Hospital since 1921 and the life-changing research they do for the tiniest of humans, their mothers and families.
A huge thank-you to our people who gave their time on the ground, volunteered at the telethon call centre and cooked up a storm at a Bunnings fundraising barbecue.
